Within 30 days after you have received your order, if you find that you are unsatisfied with your purchases, please contact me to let me know what issues you might be having with your order. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received within 30 days after receiving your order and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.

Please note that I do not accept returns for custom made portraits since they are 100% personalized. However if you are unhappy with your portrait I urge you to let me know when you receive your email preview, so I can make any edits before it is sent out.
In case a product gets damaged while in transit, you will be requested to provide clearly visible photos or videos of the damage, including packaging if applicable, to email@example.com.Let me know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case. I may choose to restore or replace the defective or damaged products or refund you depending on the situation.
